At North Fork Valley Fresh, we are committed to healthy lands, healthy foods, and healthy people.
Our goal is to provide a direct link between small farms, growers, ranchers and suppliers of specialty crops in the North Fork Valley on the western slope of Colorado to the consumer through our weekly food delivery service. We deliver to individual customers and to local businesses.
We select our producers carefully and represent those who care for the land and for the people by using sustainable growing practices and producing high quality products, which are both nutritious and delicious. Our producers do not use GMO (genetically modified organisms) seed or feed, pesticides, antibiotics or hormones.
Many of our producers would love to meet you, their customers, and would love to share with you the places they love and care for their farms, ranches and orchards. The North Fork Valley is a special place to come and visit so please come by and visit your farms.
Lisa Cassle operates Ostara Farm in Paonia, Colorado. This season she will be partnering with other growers and food producers to offer you an extensive selection of fresh, healthy food. Her intent is to support North Fork Valley farmers and agriculture and to supply produce to consumers with relatively limited access to local farms. Her passion is to create a lasting and mutually beneficial relationship between you and the fresh, nourishing food you need and the farmer who grows your food with love.
